Our Business Policies

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

• 48+ hours notice: No charge, reschedule anytime.
• Less than 48 hours notice: A $50 late cancellation fee applies.
• No access to the property at the scheduled time (lockout/no-show): Full service fee is charged.
• Recurring clients: Skip any visit with 48 hours notice, no penalty.
• Weather or emergencies: Handled case-by-case — we'll always try to find a fair solution.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

We stand behind our work. If something isn't right:

• Contact us within 24 hours of your service completion.
• We'll return within 2 business days to re-clean the specific area(s) of concern at no extra charge.
• This guarantee covers cleaning quality on the original scope of work.
• It does not cover pre-existing damage, items outside the agreed scope, or issues reported after the 24-hour window.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required at booking to confirm your appointment (first-time clients or jobs over $300).
• Final payment is due in full 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.
• Accepted methods: Venmo or check.
• A $25 fee applies to returned checks or declined payments.
• If final payment isn't received by the 48-hour deadline, we may reschedule or cancel your appointment.

4. Privacy Policy

Information we collect: Name, phone, email, property address, and details submitted through our quote request form.

How we use it: Solely to provide quotes, schedule and deliver cleaning services, and communicate with you about your appointments.

Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with payment processors or scheduling tools strictly to operate our business.

Retention & security: We keep client information only as long as needed to provide services and meet recordkeeping needs, and take reasonable steps to protect it.

5. Property Management & B2B Clients

For property management companies, leasing offices, and other commercial accounts working with us on a recurring or bulk basis:

• Payment terms: Set per client agreement — typically Net 15 or Net 30 invoicing. (Currently being finalized with our active commercial accounts.)
• Volume pricing: 1–5 units/month at standard rate; 6–15 units/month receive 5% off; 16+ units/month receive 10% off. Rates confirmed in your service agreement.
• Turnaround commitment: Priority scheduling for contracted accounts, with units typically turned within 24–48 hours of move-out.
• Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request and can list your company as additional insured.
• Cancellations/rescheduling: 24 hours notice requested for any scheduled unit; recurring contracts are not subject to the per-visit cancellation fee in Section 1.
• Damage & condition reporting: Any pre-existing damage or unit condition concerns should be reported within 24 hours of service so we can address or document them promptly.
